Our Guarantee for Obedience and Social Behavior Modification Packages If you are abiding by our Obedience and Behavior Boundaries document and you attend at least 5 Saturday sessions with your dog, your dog will come to Performance Dogs for as many sessions as required for the dog to be obedient or modified for our staff (a minimum of 10 visits) and you may come for as many Saturday sessions as required to have your dog obedient or modified for you.

*     As of February 18, 2011, all prepaid (Monday – Friday) 1- and 4-pack workouts and 1- and 5-day camp visits can be
        used for up to 3 months after date of purchase.

**   As of February 18, 2011, all prepaid (Monday – Friday) 8- and 12-pack workouts and 10- and 20-day camp visits
        and prepaid 12-pack Saturday workouts can be used for up to 6 months after date of purchase.

*** Visits for 1-month pass expire 20 working days (Monday – Friday) from first visit (to be scheduled at time of purchase).

Cancellation Policy

In the event of the cancellation of a workout, training, or day camp package, a 15% Service charge will be deducted from the remaining balance due to be refunded back to the client. Refunds will be received by check, or by a refund on the credit card used to purchase the workout/training package. Method of delivery is at the sole discretion of Performance Dogs, LLC. All refunds will be processed within 4-6 weeks of initial request.
